Who we are
ProWorksite was founded in Italy in 2024 . The idea was born when the founder had an unfortunate online purchasing experience : he paid in advance for a second-hand professional tool that he never received . He later discovered that many others had also been scammed! That's why safety and reliability have become our top priorities when it comes to buying and selling refurbished professional tools.
Our goal
The ambition of a circular economy for professional tools underpins everything we do and is what drives us towards our mission to make remanufacturing mainstream. With ProWorksite we are convinced that professional tools do not have an expiry date and for this reason, to extend the life of a tool, we purchase the device that has become obsolete and repair it internally or recycle all the reusable parts to use them again and again.
We call our process "end-to-end" because we personally recondition the instruments. Since our founding, the reliability of the ProWorksite process has attracted over a thousand satisfied customers, who agree with us that it is better to choose refurbished, both for your wallet and for the environment.

This process allows us to provide 6 months of warranty included for every tool we sell. And therefore, we will repair or replace the instrument in case of failure during the warranty period.
