To sell your tool to ProWorksite, simply fill out the form on this page with the required details and some photos of the tool. Within 24–48 hours, you will receive an accurate valuation of your professional tool. If you decide to accept the offer, you will provide us with your bank details, and we will arrange free collection of the package directly from your home. Once it arrives at our facility, our technical team will verify the tool's correct functioning. If the verification is successful, we will proceed with an instant bank transfer to the IBAN you provided.
If you have filled out the sales form but no longer wish to sell your tool, you can simply not ship it to cancel the sale. If you have already shipped your tool, you can cancel the sale by contacting our customer service before your tool is sorted into the payments section.
If you wish to sell us more than one tool, you will need to fill out separate sales forms and ship the tools separately. This allows you to ship only one tool per package. Please make sure to assign the correct shipping label to each package so that we can process the sale correctly.
When shipping your tool to us, please ensure it is carefully packed using a box or a padded envelope, for example. You will need to attach the prepaid shipping label, which includes a receipt, to your email address to the package.
Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Once we receive and process the tool, we will inspect it within 3-6 business days. Subsequently, if we decide to purchase it, we will make a bank transfer to the bank account number provided in the sales form. The entire sales process will therefore take 4 to 10 business days.
Yes, we offer a trade-in service. Based on the valuation of your tool, you can get a discount on the purchase price of any product in our store. After receiving and evaluating the tool, we will inform you of the recognized amount: you can use this as a trade-in value to purchase a new product with the corresponding discount.
